Can we meet with you to discuss our wedding?

Absolutely, we highly suggest our customers coming over to have a meet-up with us at convenient time. We can show you more of our previous work so that you will have a better idea about the final products you will get. We also need to learn more about your wedding day so as to tailor our service to meet your requirements.

How much is the deposit? Is it refundable and how quick will I have to pay it?

It is advisable to pay the deposit as soon as you make your final decision. This deposit secures the date for your booking. The deposit is 20% of the whole amount for the package of your choice. If the cancellation is made over four weeks before your wedding day, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within four weeks before your wedding day, the deposit is non-refundable.

When do I have to pay the whole amount?

The outstanding amount is due any time before your wedding date or on your wedding day.

FAQ for Photopraphy Service


How many high-resolution photos can we receive?

With all our packages, we are given to you at high resolution on DVD. Roughly about 80-100 high-quality photos will be taken per hour, so if you chose 6-hourpackage, you will have 480-600 photos on your DVD.

However, the number of photos is largely depend on the particular wedding and factors such as:

•     time
•     size of bridal party
•     number of guests
•     length of ceremony
•     whether there are any ethnic customs or other considerations.

Are high-resolution digital images on DVD are printable?

Yes, high resolution means that you can copy, share,print and enlarge yourself without further costs. There are no watermarks on the images.

How long do I have to wait to receive my photos?

After your wedding day, we will sit through and sort out the photos taken on the day. It will generally take 4 -5 weeks for processing the photos, however, in peak wedding season it may extend out to 8 – 10 weeks but no more.

If you have special or urgent requests, please let us know in advance, we will shorten it within 2 weeks.

Do you edit all the photos that we get?

We do edit all the photos you receive, but they are not retouched.

What is the difference between retouched and non-retouched?

Non-retouched means the image receives exposure, color balance and brightness adjustments to the overall image but editing to isolated areas of the photo.

Retouching is where we will correct isolated part of the image, for example, removing blemishes or spots, skin smoothing, correcting spray tan marks, makeup corrections etc.

Can we expect any black and white photos?

Yes. We normally provide a few in our own style of black and white. Generally we provide 10-15 photos which are converted to black and white for free if customers request.

Can we receive the non-edited footage of the ceremony?

Yes, you will definitely get the non-edited footage of the ceremony. If you bring a hard driver to our studio, you can get a copy of all the footage. Most of our customers do not require the non-edited footage as they are happy with the full version video we provide. We use Full-HD DSLR with multiple Canon L lenses. On your wedding day, we will send two professional video man. We will use two microphones and a wireless recorder to make sure no moment is missed out.

What kind of versions of video can we receive from your videography services?

Actually, you will get two versions of video from our videography services. One version is what you see on our website. It is a highlight video. Normally, if you choose our 4 hours package, you will get a 4-minute highlight video. If you choose our 8 hours package, we can work out a 6-8 minutes highlight video for you. The other version is the so-called full version video which includes the whole process of the ceremony, speeches during the reception, cake cutting and dancing, guest arrival etc.

Can we provide our own music to feature in the background of the video?

Yes, we are more than happy to take suggestions. However, unless it is something extremely special to you, we cannot guarantee that we will use it. Music is an integral part of the story-telling process and in order to tell your story effectively, we need to have full creative control. In addition, not every song can be used, due to copyright and legality issues. On the positive side, it will certainly make things easier when you give us a list of songs that you like and we’ll use it as our starting point of selections.

How long do we have to wait to get the final version of video?

It will generally take 8 – 12 weeks to finish the final version. However, if you have special or urgent requests, please let us know in advance, we will shorten it within 4 weeks.

What is your approach to photographing and filming a wedding day?

Our approach is purely candid storytelling, not stage direction. We want to capture the real expressions and moments that happened but we do not want to interrupt the flow of your big day. We will tailor our approach to satisfy the requirements of different customers.
